AVAST! This promotion has ended. Sail back soon to learn about new offers.

March 30, 2020

In these unprecedented times, Long John Silver’s is committed to supporting those who are impacted most by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). Starting this week, Long John Silver’s will be offering multiple discounts for heroes on the frontline and families in need through contactless delivery and drive-thru initiatives.

To show support and appreciation, Long John Silver’s is offering discounts to first responders (EMTs, fire fighters, law enforcement), healthcare workers, active-duty military and teachers. From March 30 through May 31, 2020, these hometown heroes will receive 10 percent off their order every day of the week and 20 percent off orders on select days when they show a valid ID / employer badge to redeem the offer.

20 percent off Military Mondays

20 percent off Teacher Tuesdays

20 percent off Wellness Wednesdays for healthcare workers

20 percent off Transportation Thursdays for truckers / distribution workers

20 percent off First-Responder Fridays

“During this uncertain time, we want to do everything we can to support our nation’s heroes,” said Stephanie Mattingly, Chief Marketing Officer of Long John Silver’s. “By creating specific days with additional discounts, we want to recognize and thank those who are working tirelessly and risking their own lives to keep our nation safe and healthy.”

Long John Silver’s also wants to support families sailing through these rough waters. At participating locations nationwide, guests can receive one free kid’s meal with each combo, meal, or platter purchased by showing this coupon at the time of purchase. Kids can choose from chicken, popcorn shrimp or fish for their meal; ensuring enough variety to satisfy their seafood.  Guests can also print a Long John Silver’s  activity sheet for their little buccaneers.

“We know this is a difficult time for families affected by school and childcare closures and workforce reductions,” said Mattingly. “We’re all in this together, and it’s important to us as a corporation that we do all we can to help our extended ‘crew’ of seafood lovers across the country.”
