LENT CHALLENGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Overview
Long John Silver’s (“LJS”) is offering a limited-time customer engagement program called the “Lent Challenge” (the “Program”). The Program allows participants who place digital orders through LJS online channels to earn badges up to “Captain” status and become eligible for a discretionary loyalty reward. This Program is intended as a recognition activity and is not a sweepstakes or contest.

2. Program Period
The Program begins on March 5, 2025 at 12:00 AM (local time) and ends on April 18, 2025 at 11:59 PM (local time) (the “Program Period”). LJS may change, extend, or cancel the Program at any time.

3. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their place of residence) and who place qualifying digital orders via LJS’s official online ordering platforms (website or mobile app).
Employees of LJS or its affiliates may participate, but no loyalty rewards (including any gift card) are guaranteed.

4. How to Participate

Place qualifying digital orders from LJS during the Program Period.
Each qualifying digital order earns you a tier badge as follows:
1. One (1) order = “Deckhand”
2. Two (2) orders = “Bosun”
3. Three (3) orders = “First Mate”
4. Four (4) orders = “The Captain”
You must place a total of four (4) separate digital orders to reach “Captain” status.

5. Additional Offer

Participants who achieve the Captain’s Status will be eligible for a Free 1pc Fish & Fry w/ purchase, offer every Friday from May 2-July 25, 2025, as determined at LJS’s sole discretion.
Redemption details (including any promo codes) will be communicated directly to these participants.

6. General Conditions

All digital orders must be fully processed (payment and confirmation) within the Program Period. LJS is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that may prevent order placement or tracking.
By participating, you agree that LJS has the right to make final decisions regarding eligibility, order tracking, and any discretionary loyalty gestures.
This Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

7. Privacy

LJS may collect and use your personal information (e.g., name, email address, order history) for Program administration and related marketing communications, in accordance with LJS’s Privacy Policy.

8. Liability and Indemnification

By participating, you release and hold harmless LJS (and its affiliates, employees, and agents) from any liability or claims relating to this Program, including any inability to participate or receive any discretionary loyalty reward.

9. Modification or Termination

LJS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason.
If the Program terminates early, LJS may determine which participants have reached certain tiers and whether any discretionary loyalty gestures will still be extended.
