Ordering was pretty easy to do. But You can only log in If you receive a code they send you. It verified I had an account but would not send me a code to my email or my phone. Also I received an email saying there was a discount on the family meal. I ordered things exactly is they were listed in the email and no matter what could not get the app to give me a discount.

They lost a customer with this app alone. Tried applying my free basket to my order and had to set the phone down tondo errands. Went to complete my order 20 mins later and my cart was empty. Filled it up again and went to apply the coupon, I can't because it's in use on another transaction. Where is the transaction at then? Can't access it and there's nothing in my order history. Went to Arby's instead.

As much as I enjoy the food, the app & website for this place is very poor. The entire rewards system is broken, and I've never gotten what I've earned. They have a section for order history that is always blank, so there's no way to track what rewards I'm supposed to have. Even after placing an order, and weeks after picking it up, the app will still say they are preparing an order that doesn't even show up in the order history. There's also basically nothing on the offers page. Needs revamp.
