Ordering was pretty easy to do. But You can only log in If you receive a code they send you. It verified I had an account but would not send me a code to my email or my phone. Also I received an email saying there was a discount on the family meal. I ordered things exactly is they were listed in the email and no matter what could not get the app to give me a discount.

The app was very poorly programmed by people who don't know how to build apps. Every time I have tried using the app, some major error has either prevented me from ordering entirely or I get an incorrect order. The rewards system has never worked but it certainly deducts points without fail while simultaneously preventing you from obtaining a reward item. This app will put the final nail in the coffin of a chain restaurant that has been on the verge of failure for a very long time.

The app navigates well through home, ordering, rewards etc... However there are some small glitches. (for example- the 6 shrimp basket for $6 on the home page opens as the 2 pc Chx basket for $6,) in addition, I was a little disappointed that the free combo for installing the app is no where to be found. Otherwise, all is good. Especially LJS FOOD!! LOVE the shrimp, chicken and fish (OHhhh and the hushpuppies!!!)
